|Recommended: NoAlert you may lose your deposit — I used to stay I.V. When I move out to Korea, they told me send a check. I.V could deposit to my account or give me the deposit back when I leave . I got the check in Korea, there's no valid period on the check, but I went to the bank in my countryto make cash it, the bank in korea it couldn't ba cashed because over a year, I still holding the real check.
So, I requested I.V. to reissue the check, but manager told me they can't veryfi the check whether i alreay made cash of it.
I veryfied through Korean bank's official letter- the banker confirmed the real check and not cashed yet, but I.V. still don't reissue my deposit check. I't more than 1,000
If I.V. already paid to the bank, they should proove it
I'm not give up and like to announce others to prevent another victim

I had given more trouble in summer as well as winter and the IV took minimum 3 to 4 days to fix the issue every time. Its might be very old AC unit
|Recommended: YesOne of the better not best places in Schaumburg — One of the better options in the area - spacious rooms, proximity to I-90 I-290, close to shopping, dining and movie theater. Substandard appliances, dirty hallway but a responsive staff. No distinction between smoking and non-smoking floors - can smell smoke from neighbors when our floor is supposed to be non-smoking. Pet regulation improperly managed - pets use elevators - pee and poop noticed multiple times. Recreation area is very lively in summer and evenings. Overall, not so bad - not at par with renting a town home in the same area.
