|Recommended: NoBad Service — Please do not try to move in here. As a resident here I will never ever recommend anyone to get into the same situation as we already in. Till you sign in a lease they promise you lot. But once you are a resident they just treat you very very badly. Services here are very very cheap. If you raise any maintenance they will just say, they can do only that much. They do not treat the lives living in there. They thinks it's animals who live once you sign the lease. If you call for any toilet related emergency they say, you have 2 bath rooms and they fix it only after a week. If you call related Air conditioning not working. They say it's not emergency issue and they fix it only after a week. You will become a rosted chicken in oven living inside a place more than 92 Degree for a week. I m not having an option to upload pictures of my Room temperature here. Their service is very very pathetic. And the worst part is that, you will never be able to reach the Manager of this facility.
|Recommended: YesExcellent property for family — Most and for most is the security were mostly the families living in are from the IT background and are more on travelling throughout the week. This property is good enough to stay as the families are friendly and take care of each other. Also the schools like willow bend and plum grove are the ice on the cake .

|Recommended: YesKD Review — This community is very big and having lots of amenities like Gim, Seeming pools, Outer running track etc which you will not get in most of the Apartments in Schaumburg, Lots of Indians are stating here as well. Overall I liked this place and staying here now since 2016.

|Recommended: NoAir Conditioning — It was 64 degrees out side temperature and I got reply from the staff that they will open air conditioning when the temperature reaches 80 degrees and till then i need to open windows

|Recommended: YesInternational Village - Schaumburg review — The complex needs renovation, e.g. it must be ensured one cannot hear one's neighbors, which presently is an issue. This that need remodeling walls not sound proof , windows are old , carpets in the corridors are extremely old
Accounting department needs to ascertain professionalism and customer courtesy are in place, e.g. once a miser debt is incurred, such as .02, a lessee needs to be promptly notified and be able to make payments by various means, e.g. cash and online - not just a check which is currently the only option , which might cost a lessee, at least 5-10, in addition to the time lost for it.
|Recommended: YesIV staff, rude behavior — I faced an issue with payment update and I went to IV office in Schaumburg,IL and they talked to me very rude and unprofessionally.
|Recommended: YesBest community in Schaumburg — Good and spacious community with all amenities and good people around. facilities like gym, swimming pool are good. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
