|Recommended: YesBest Apartment in NW Suburb — IV is feeling like home. Spacious apartments, club house is main offering that kept here for 3 years now especially swiming pool, TT table and Gym..u do not need to join external sport club.
Staff here is friendly and attend maintenance request very quickly.

|Recommended: YesNice property mainly for Indians. Perfect Amenities. No Maintenance issues. — I will refer my friends to live in IV. IV mgmt should consider on rent for 2Bed apts. Reason for moving out or not opting IV is high rent for 2 BED. or they should allow child upto 2 year in one Bed apts.
Overall I am happy with IV.If they would have allowed me with my 1 year kid in one bed apt ,I will never leave this community.
