|Recommended: YesOverall good place to live. — I have lived in other apartment complexes, and this is by far the best out of all of them. If I have a maintenance problem, I submit the problem, and it is taken care of within 24-48 hours. I also love the amenities that are provided on site. Though they can become a bit crowded when the weather is extremely nice. But other then that I enjoy my apartment.
|Recommended: YesOver occupancy — 1.most of the apartments are over occupied in single bed room apartments 1 1 1 and management does not yield to complaints to check them instead they ignore overlook the complaints made
2.Front office staff are unprofessional on the phone when called in for any apartment needs

It is pure luck if you are getting mail accurately. Personally I would not recommend

|Recommended: YesVery clean and beautiful. Feels like a gated comunity. — I would totally recommend this complex to any of my acquaintances. Apartments are big, with a very nice floor plan, and the grounds offer a lot to do, activity wise.

Someone stolen my credit card and did 500 fraud transactions .

Since there are no security cameras and building mail box does not have secure door, we are loosing all the important mails since couple of months and got in trouble. I know multiple residents who had go through lot because of this problem. Owner management should fix this issue on priority ASAP.

|Recommended: YesOverall good but more security measures are needed to be taken and rent is higher than the market — there are few incidents where mailbox is broken and important mails are lost and security cameras should be installed at the entrances and hallways. rent is higher than the market.
