|Recommended: YesToo noisy — The smell in the hallways is really strong when people cook , usually they are Indians . Kids are extremely loud.
|Recommended: YesParking Noise — The majority of the time, I can take more than 10 minutes to find parking near the building. Somethings I have to park far from my building. Also, I can hear every day my neighbors from upstairs playing the guitar at 7 00 a.m. or after 10 00 p.m. In fact, I called several times because of the noise.
|Recommended: NoNot that great — I had so many issues with the property that it took me more than 15 maintenance requests to get them fixed. Also, at times it takes a lot of time to get things fixed. For eg - it took months to get the kitchen flooring done just because the on site team was awaiting approval from the management.

|Recommended: YesDog Poop left on walkways — Please help to educate and hold pet owners accountable. I live in Nottingham and use the back door as I park behind the apartment. There is snow and ice all over the grass and its difficult to negotiate with trash bags or regular bags on the walkway with dog poop all over the place. Please ask owners to take responsibility to clean and check the walkways for the benefit of the community.

most areas are clean, the amenities like tennis court and gym needs to be updated.

|Recommended: YesFamily Oriented Living Environment — Location of the property is conveniently close to Metra train station,expressways, shopping mall stores and groceries. Good school district. Great amenities and and it is a family oriented as there are many kids living in the area.
