|Recommended: YesVery good package — You get a very good apartment. Facilities, staff and Maintenance is great. Lovely well maintained outdoor space. Amenities such as package deliveries are well though out. You can even rent a garage. Also the location is great. You’re 10 mins awaybfeom woodfield mall and other main streets like golf and roselle. Plus you’re pretty close to the freeway. The only negative I can think of is that the occasional neighbor can me not so mindful when It comes to sharing outdoor spaces or a garage.

|Recommended: YesGood but the neighbors — I actually like the neighborhood so far but the neighbors I think don’t remember they have neighbors and have their kids running around in the hallways like they’re outside. The adults also scream across the hallway and stand outside their doors having full blown convos, instead of going in the house. Also there should be plug ins inserted in the hallways. To keep the hallways fresh.

Children's Park It doesn't have safe guards for kids 1-4 yrs age group, there are high probability for unknown injuries. Please remodel with safety things and all asap.

|Recommended: YesOverall a good place to live — Overall this is a good place to live. You can hear your neighbors but if it does become an issue, if you let the management know they do address the issue immediately. Only other issue I have had with the apartment is the air has gone out a couple of times, but this was also address immediately.

|Recommended: YesGood Community — There are some exterior renovations which need to be made for Zurich apartments. The paint seems to be peeling off at some places on the exterior of the building please fix that. If we are facing the apartment from the pond then, in the direction of the bottom left corner of the building there is some visible paint peeling problem.
|Recommended: NoNegative star if possible — Well not the best apartment as compared to other apartments. They have their own unique method for rents and all. Management is not helpful. Greedy and all they care about is money and their rules and regulations. People sometimes stuck here because of school otherwise there are other good apartments with good terms and conditions and more helpful than these people. Definitely not recommended to my family and friends.
|Recommended: NoProperty is nice, apartment is nice, noise is annoying — The apartment itself is nice, however the noise is a huge problem. I have put in a maintenance request multiple times for the furnace, to be told that there was nothing wrong with it the blower motor is shot by the way, I had someone take a look at it . I can hear children running up and down the hallways screaming at all hours of the day night. People leave their trash out in the hallways, the hallways themselves smell terrible, and things within the apartment are falling apart it looks like there was minimal attempt to repair it . While the location is great, and overall the apartment is decent, I look forward to my lease ending.
