|Recommended: NoNothing to like about. One of the worst experince — The rents are too high and they don't have any genius reason for that. Staff is rude except couple of people from staff and maintenance and maintenance request takes ages to complete. They have weird rules. I never saw this kind of management and rules so far. Worst part is rent for same type of apartment for existing residents rent is different. They are exploiting because they know people will think twice before shifting. i would have put a legal complaint against these guys if there would be a provision. There are lot of other apartments which are good and affordable but not this one.

|Recommended: YesA nice place to live — Family friendly and mostly peaceful, IV is clean and well maintained. A little noisy at times, but never too bad, and that adds to the charm.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful and friendly people — The spacious rooms and the light that comes in the windows. The laundry room is always clean and ready. The clubhouse is wonderful. We love the pools and the exercise equipment.

|Recommended: YesSo far, I feel safe, been pretty quiet, and I enjoy the facilities especially the work out area and pool. — Love the facilities. Office staff and maintenance staff have been nice and helpful. Neighbors are nice. Wish I had washer dryer in the apartment but I have to say anytime I have been doing laundry, I have been able to get to open machines on the 2nd floor. No problem and no waiting so far

Clubhouse staffs are really gentle and professional.As compared to other apartments, the tennis court needs a landscaping and maintenance.Management needs to prioritize to fix the court as soon as possible.
