|Recommended: YesIV Schaumburg apartment — Pros Great welcoming leasing staff, quick maintenance turnaround for any work orders raised, school bus directly at the building entrance even visible from our window which helped our kids to get down just when bus arrived in winter, superb clubhouse and tennis courts and placed at great location makes these apartments a fantastic place to live.
Cons Lift Elevator maintenance is sometimes delayed. I didn't find any others apart from this.
|Recommended: NoMove out experience — Very unhappy with move out incident. I was supposed to give the keys to apartment lease office on 3 15 as per termination notice, even before my apartment was inspected and work had started on 3 15 .
This could be error, not a professional approach.
My 2 clubhouse cards missing , one with access card. Also a laundry card with a value of 10 missing.
I expect the lease office to reimburse laundry card value, 1 day rent along with the final settlement amount to the provided addresses

|Recommended: YesExcellent Community and facilities — We are completing 2nd lease in the same apartment here and still would like to continue with IV for some more time. This community provides really good amenities, gym, surrounding, peaceful leaving. No botheration of neighbors as you wont hear any noise from the apartments next to you. No cooking smell in corridors, corridor lights are also nice which makes you feel nice after entering into buildings.
Only thing missing here is balcony.

|Recommended: NoAmenities — Lifts in St Moritz 1120 is lot of concern. Every week or two it goes down, and we have to carry lot of groceries to the third floor ourselves which is causing inconvenience and health and back pain. It is high time to replace these faulty lifts with a better one and for the safety and benefit of residents. We are paying enormous rent but the quality of these amenities within our house are 15 to 20 years old and we have to live with these. Not worth any more to stay long term
