Facilities are well kept.Peaceful and quiet. Lots of children . Buildings hallways kept clean. lots of open air grills and benches. beautiful tennis courts, basketball courts well used. Swimming pool and pool and table tennis indoors also very good and clean. Lots of events organized by clubhouse for residents. Community has online portal, very convenient,
Can hear neighbours upstairs running and throwing stuff on the floor , playing ball after hours. thump thump thump... was asked to call maintenance for it
repair requests are quick, done within 2-3 days , Lots of pedestrians taking walks in the middle of the road. Sometimes Dumpsters are spilling over. No stop signs within the community, sometimes cars zoom through without slowing down at turns. Garages not maintained well.
