|Recommended: YesMaintenance — I have submitted maintenance request about Toilet issue on December 1st. Its been 6 days so far no one turned up to looking into my issue. I have uploaded the photo for criticality of the issue. Likely i had double bath so its ok. Think about if its single bath. Need some priority on maintenance ticket.
|Recommended: NoNot clean — Leasing office and maintenance need to take more pride in going the extra mile for their tenants. The buildings and outside are a complete mess. There’s a serious bug , roach situation and there’s always garbage in the hallways. Also, didn’t appreciate being told that my apartment was fully inspected and cleaned when it wasn’t. Found roaches the first couple days when I moved in and both kitchen and bathroom tiles are disgusting. The flooring is not professionally done. And the pest control company is a very small company that does not have the best products to do the job.

|Recommended: YesMy new home — After living in a single family home for the last 25 years, it was very hard to make the decision to move into an apt. International Village was the best choice as far as amenities, location, and value. I am not sure how long I will be here but so far so good.

|Recommended: NoMaintenance is nightmare — These are old apartments with lot of problems. We moved just 3 weeks ago and more than 20 problems occurred. Maintenance requests take weeks to fix though they say 48 to 72 hours. I have complained issues weeks ago no response yet on them. I talked to front office staff more than thrice but no help.
