|Recommended: NoToo many problems — Elevator has been out of order for over a month. AC does not cool well on third floor when it's hot outside. Even when it is only 74 degrees outside, our apartment will not cool lower than 72 degrees. Maintenance told us it's because the roof is right above us since we're on the third floor and it will not be able to get cooler. This is something that should have been mentioned before renting, and also seems like an issue that could be at least improved with better insulation. A dog across the hall moved in a few weeks ago and barks constantly throughout the day and neighbors can be heard due to thin walls. The open parking is great as well as the look of the outside property, but there are many issues that have arose within the first two months of occupancy.

|Recommended: YesPerfect for me — Though I’ve been here for a few weeks, you don’t really need to be in a place for years to know if it’s the place for you. Maintenance is very swift. Apartment was updated and very clean at move in. The amenities are great. The gym is not so great cos a lot of equipments are out of order.. it is under equipped too. But every other thing is great. Very clean and well taken care of. I would recommend

Initial process of checking out the options and viewing available apartments was very smooth. Although there was a slight communication issue and lack of coherence in the beginning, Katie Caravello was quick to jump on in and eliminate these issues.
Katie was very patient throughout and let us take our time and helped us make a choice where we did not feel forced into or hurried. She helped answering all our questions as we made our final choice.
Pros -

Good representative and transparency of information and I must say Katie was very patient.
Feels like a great community nd very well maintained common areas
Cons - More like constructive criticism than Cons
Clear and transparent communication
I have heard that that lease end move outs can be sometime difficult but I have not been through the process and I shall update after my lease ends.
