|Recommended: YesOverall great apartment complex — Enough parking space for everyone and do not need to worry about finding space. The walls are thin the you can hear a child crying from upstairs. The apartment hallways are clean but outside there are garbage everywhere. Broke glass near the trash bin for weeks. The quality of the fixtures are done poorly. Paint everywhere on the blinds and door frames etc. The property staffs are very friendly and super helpful.

Happy To Say I'm Going To Renew My Lease And Continue Forward In This Great Community. The Township Is A Great Place To Live. This Complex Has So Much To Offer. My Neighbors Are Wonderful People. I Have No Complaints. Looking Forward To Another Great Year Ahead.

|Recommended: YesLove the Apartment — I just love staying here as the apartments are spacious and bright, the have an amazing team of property and maintenance staff who are always helpful, great neighbors and superbly located midst of all essential stores. I am leasing it out for the 2nd time now.

|Recommended: YesSchaumberg review — IV is a great place to live. Only complaint is that the garbage in the back of interlaken cannot be closed because the holes drilled in the ground are not in the right place. This causes two parking spots to be unusable because the doors will swing open and hit them which is a huge liability. In addition, because the doors are always open there is trash all over.
